Years Underlying Platform Development

Most federal AI deployments today run on US-owned cloud platforms. US law allows American courts to compel data disclosure from those providers, regardless of where servers are located. Treasury Board guidance acknowledges this risk. We keep US companies out of the hosting and inference chain entirely. Our primary inference runs on EU-based infrastructure under French jurisdiction, beyond the CLOUD Act's reach, with Canada–EU data transfers covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision for Canada. Organizations requiring Canadian or client-controlled jurisdiction can deploy in colocated Canadian data centres or fully on-premises. Our software layer is provider-independent: we move as your requirements change. No US court order can reach your data.

What gives us confidence in your delivery capability?

The engineers behind ITopoly bring over 20 years of enterprise platform delivery across regulated industries: large-scale SAP integration, AI infrastructure at production scale, and high-compliance environments. That depth of experience transfers directly into every engagement we take on.

What procurement vehicle can we use to engage ITopoly?

We are a ProServices Supply Arrangement holder, which allows federal departments to issue direct purchase orders up to $40K without a competitive process. We are also qualified under TBIPS for task-based informatics engagements from $40K to $2M+. Contact us and we'll identify the right vehicle for your requirement.

How is your AI infrastructure different from Azure or Google Cloud?

Azure and Google Cloud are US-owned companies. Under US law, American courts can compel these providers to hand over data, regardless of where servers are physically located. We act as an independent software layer running open-source AI runtimes we own outright, deployed on infrastructure no US company controls: EU-hosted (French jurisdiction, outside the CLOUD Act), colocated Canadian data centres, or your own on-premises hardware. No US company is in the hosting or inference chain. We retain total ownership of the software and can transfer non-exclusive ownership to clients, so you are never locked to a hosting provider or exposed to US jurisdiction.

Do you hold security clearances?

We are in the process of obtaining a Facility Security Clearance (FSC). For Unclassified and Protected A/B engagements, which cover the majority of digital transformation and AI work, we can proceed immediately. Please reach out to discuss your specific security requirements and we'll confirm eligibility for your scope.

Do you work with private sector and smaller organizations?

Absolutely. While we are built for the rigour of government procurement, we apply the same engineering standards to regulated private sector clients: financial services, healthcare, legal, and technology companies that need secure, high-performance platforms without enterprise-level overhead. There is no minimum engagement size.
